Wenn mich nicht alles täuscht, kannst du den Schriftzug nicht einfach ausblenden, weil sie zum gemeinsamen Element h4 gehört und mit den anderen Überschriften zusammenhängt.
Du kannst also entweder alle h4.sub_head ändern, oder keine.
Falls du die gesamte Box um die Überschrift "Gruppen" ausblenden willst, kannst du das mit nachfolgedem Code machen:
h4.sub_head:has(+ #profileAppGroups){
display: none !important;
}
Um die Hintergrundfarbe zu verändern kannst du einfach den Farbcode in deinem aktuellen Quellcode verändern:
.profile_list_groups {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
list-style: none;
background-color: #ffffff;
border: 3px solid #56c6d9 !important;
display: none !important;
}
